An Update on Health & Safety Protocols
September 1, 2021
Skylight Music Theatre has joined other Milwaukee performing arts organizations in requiring proof of vaccination or negative Covid test within 72 hours of performance for all audience members ages 12 and up. In addition, Skylight requires audiences to be masked at all times while indoors, regardless of vaccination status.
Skylight’s health and safety protocols follow local government, CDC and State of Wisconsin guidelines in consultation with area doctors. Our goal is to keep patrons, staff, artists, and the community safe, and present live music theatre as safely as possible.
Guidelines are evolving frequently, and protocols may change. Please check our website for updates.
We will post more information about the process for checking vaccination status at the door as soon as it is finalized. Skylight’s staff is fully vaccinated and requires casts, musicians and crews to be vaccinated.
Current ticket holders: Should these new health & safety protocols present a barrier for your attendance, please contact the Box Office no later than Friday, September 10 to arrange a refund, credit on your account, exchange, or donation.
Refunds may be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or contacting the Box Office during business hours, Monday – Saturday, noon – 6. Please be aware you may experience longer wait times via phone. The Box Office phone number is 414-291-7800. The Box Office will be closed Sept. 4 – 6.
This is the best pathway that Skylight Music Theatre sees to offer everyone on both sides of the proscenium the greatest level of safety. We are in this fight together and thank you for your understanding and patience as we all work to make sure we can truly return to show business as usual.
