American Sign Language-Interpreted Performances

Skylight Music Theatre offers American Sign Language interpreted performances working with a team of licensed and certified sign language interpreters. 

The following are ASL performance dates in Skylight's 2021-2022 season:

Little Shop of Horrors – December 9, 2021 at 7:30 p.m.
Ernest Shackleton Loves Me – January 27, 2022 at 7:30 p.m.
Raisin – April 21, 2022 at 7:30 p.m.
The Hunchback of Notre Dame – June 9, 2022 at 7:30 p.m.

ASL interpreters are located near the stage for patrons who are deaf or hard of hearing, seated in an area of the theater that gives the best sight lines to follow the interpretation and the action on stage.

Sensory Friendly Performance

Sensory friendly performances feature a welcoming environment for patrons who need sensory accommodations including lower sound, house lights up, and available quiet areas staffed by educators experienced with the needs of sensory friendly patrons.

A sensory friendly performance of Little Shop of Horrors will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 15 at 6 p.m.
